    THE PRESENTERS

    JUSTIN WALKER is a Naval Special Warfare veteran, entrepreneur and non-profit leader, whose 12 years of extensive Naval Special Operations management, curriculum development and strategic planning skills have led to successful civilian programs.  He currently serves as the Executive Director of Bunker Labs, a Chicago-based business incubator and nationally-recognized not for profit organization in 17 cities, built by military veteran entrepreneurs to empower other military veterans as leaders in innovation. He is also the CEO of Halo Group, an initiative that brings a Special Forces mindset to executive coaching, team development, accountability and leadership geared to both companies and individuals. Justin is familiar to the LF/LB Chamber having been the guest speaker for a very popular luncheon presentation, entitled, ?Mindset, Leadership and Inspiring Success: taking Navy SEAL & SWCC training to the front line of business?, where he shared how the training and mindset development of elite warriors translates to success in business and how experts are recognizing that this shift in an individual or organizational approach can be transformative.
     
    JOE MICALLEF is an award winning, international sales strategist and coach with over 25 years business and sales leadership experience. He has been recognized throughout his career for his strategic, charismatic and innovative approach to achieving exceptional results. He has held senior management positions in the USA, Canada and in Australia, where he served as Director at Australia?s leading global investment bank for over 15 years. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional results by developing pragmatic sales strategies and applying effective coaching practices that elevated the sales skills and performance of his teams.
