Veteran's Commemoration
Time: 6:00pm
Bud Turner and David Lee, Post Commander, Lake Forest American Legion McKinlock Post 264 will host a ceremony in Market Square to honor Lake Forest, Lake Bluff and Knollwood veterans. The ceremony will feature a color guard and the introduction of Lake Forest Day Parade Grand Marshall. Following the ceremony is the 'Concert in the Square' with The Derrick Stout Orchestra, a 6/12 piece mult-talented/multi-
instrumentalist entourage.

Concert in the Square
Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Derrick Stout and his Orchestra -- Derrick and his group are new to the series and here to unofficially open the Centennial of Lake Forest Day festivities. King Crooner Derrick Stout swings the standards like the Chariman of the Board himself. He and his group have performed with Sir Paul McCartney, Sir Elton John, Eric Clapton, and Billie Joel just to name a few. His orchestra is a multi-talented, multi-instrumentalist entourage that will keep everyone up and dancing!

This is the 7th year for the concerts and it is growing each year. Come out and enjoy a mini Ravinia experience in beautiful Market Square in the heart of downtown east Lake Forest. Bring your whole family to enjoy music, dance and fun. Radio icon Tommy Edwards is the weekly emcee. If you remember Uncle Larry Lujack, Little Tommy and Animal Stories on the radio, you will love to listen to him each week. There will also be a free drawing each week for a beautiful basket or gift certificate from a local merchant or sponsor. So bring your blanket and get there early to find a great spot to enjoy the evening. Food vendors will be set up prior to the concert so that you can purchase your food before or during the concerts.

The entire nine week concert series is sponsored by Broadacre Market Square Management, Lake Forest Bank & Trust Company, Baytree National Bank & Trust, Historic Market Square Merchants Association, LF/LB Chamber, and many other locals.
