Concert in the Square
Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
The Blooze Brothers and Annual Car Show -- Jake and Elwood are back to continue their "Mission in Market Square". What more can you say about this group -- we have had them every year for our concerts and they always put on a show that is not to be missed. Top 10, Soul, R&B, Classic Rock, the Bloozemobile, and classic cars always make this one of the top concerts in the series. And remember, if you have a classic car bring it to Market Square for this concert!

This is the 7th year for the concerts and it is growing each year. Come out and enjoy a mini Ravinia experience in beautiful Market Square in the heart of downtown east Lake Forest. Bring your whole family to enjoy music, dance and fun. Radio icon Tommy Edwards is the weekly emcee. If you remember Uncle Larry Lujack, Little Tommy and Animal Stories on the radio, you will love to listen to him each week. There will also be a free drawing each week for a beautiful basket or gift certificate from a local merchant or sponsor. So bring your blanket and get there early to find a great spot to enjoy the evening. Food vendors will be set up prior to the concert so that you can purchase your food before or during the concerts.

The entire nine week concert series is sponsored by Broadacre Market Square Management, Lake Forest Bank & Trust Company, Baytree National Bank & Trust, Historic Market Square Merchants Association, LF/LB Chamber, and many other locals.
