Cable Television
Cable television is available through Comcast. For installation or service, please call Comcast, 866-594-1234, 2508 W. Rt. 120, McHenry, 60050, www.comcast.com.The City of Lake Forest and Village of Lake Bluff franchise agreements with Comcast call for the availability of cable television for all households, if residents want service.
Cable subscribers living within the corporate limits of Lake Forest or Lake Bluff receive two channels originating from Lake Forest, which carry programming and information of interest to residents of Lake Forest and Lake Bluff.
Government access channel, City Cable 17, broadcasts various City of Lake Forest meetings live from City Hall. Broadcasts include the City Council, Finance Committee, Committee of the Whole, Building Review Board, Plan Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals and Historic Preservation Commission.
Public access channel, LFTV, airs parades, school events ranging from sporting events to graduation, interviews with civic leaders, governmental meetings and other programs of local interest. Lake Forest and Lake Bluff residents have a unique opportunity to participate first-hand in the production of television programs for airing on channel 19. Training programs, requisite to producing programs for viewing on LFTV, are available free of charge to Lake Forest and Lake Bluff residents.

For any other cable TV matters, Lake Forest residents should call the cable administrator, and Lake Bluff residents should call Village Hall at 234-0774.
Subscribers living in unincorporated Lake County, including Knollwood, receive cable TV service and public access services through AT&T-Lake County.
